USA Government Regulations require all international customers to complete an Export Compliance agreement before receiving instruments from Quantum Composers.

Please note that all EUS documents must have every line filled in, the corresponding PO number on the document, and must be signed by the end user. EUS forms cannot be signed by the representative or reseller.
