Introducing the Autofocus AF 910 Series

Quantum Composers adds to their product family with the AutoFocus AF 910 Series.

AutoFocus AF910 combines a proprietary optical configuration with flexible interface architecture to provide a robust autofocus for OEM applications utilizing infinity corrected objectives.

The AF910 can be used on most surfaces: Low and high reflectivity , specular and diffuse, transparent and opaque, and patterned surfaces such as TFT Arrays, Semiconductors, and PCBs. The AF910 offers excellent application flexibility and can be optimized from the factory specific to the customer’s material sample. With an easier installation in alignment and setup than competing products on the market as well as easier configurations for different systems and applications, the AF910 Series saves users time and overhead costs.
